The Prep Department is a pre-press house in Boise, Idaho where traditional and electronic pre-press services merge.

Hourly Charges: Standard shop rate is $50.00 per hour.

Pick-up and Delivery: We offer free delivery and pick-up in the Boise area on orders over $100 with standard turn around. Delivery and pick-up charges on orders under $100 and RUSH will be included on the invoice. Please call for details.

Turn-around Time: Standard turn around is 24 hours on all services except for drum scanning which is 48 hours. We will only apply RUSH charges if overtime is required, and you authorize us to do so.

FILE INFORMATION

• The Prep Department currently supports the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite 3 (includes Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Quark XPress 6.5, Freehand 9.0, Adobe Acrobat 7.0, Adobe PageMaker 7.0, and Microsoft Office 2003 (includes Publisher, Word, and Excel). If you are unable to provide your files in these programs, then please provide them as either .eps or .pdf files.
• We accept either PC or Mac files.
• Please provide all necessary supports (i.e. fonts, artwork, etc.) to your files as well as a hard copy proof.
• Large files should either be burned to CD or posted to our ftp site. Please call for ftp information.
